We staff inpatient and outpatient settings across federal, state, and community facilities from short-term coverage to sustained contract support. 03Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
We provide scheduled ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible transport for appointments, treatment, and discharge. Vehicles are ADA-compliant with proper securement systems and inspected on the required state schedule. Drivers are trained in patient assistance, safety, and de-escalation because for many patients, the ride is the difference between making an appointment and missing it.

05Healthcare Education & Training
We deliver training to healthcare facilities and their staff, and education programs for patients. Our patient education addresses the gaps most often left unfilled — what a medication is actually for, which side effects matter, personal warning signs, and how to speak up with a provider. We use the teach-back method to confirm understanding rather than assume it, and we build for the language and literacy needs of the person in front of us. Education that isn’t understood isn’t education.
